The Etioca electric taxi debuts in Milan: multi-service and shared
A new way of working for taxi drivers who could share this modular, electric vehicle, full of digital services.
An innovative product that everyone could sit on, being a taxi that we will soon see on the Italian streets, starting from Milan. A model with tricolor DNA, from the Coggiola workshops, but international for the company and above all flexible in possession.
It is the new Etioca multiservice electric taxi, assembled on a modular base that allows various configurations, but the first target is that of the professional transport service: up to seven seats with a disabled area and many digital services, including the resale of contents and products to who is being transported.
Taxi drivers do not buy it, but share it by decreasing their fixed cost to work. Mark Ishakov, CEO of Etioca, explains that the first 10 thousand Etioca Taxis will be on the street by the end of 2024.
Then gradually production will reach 100,000 units per year in 2027. Heavy investments are at stake, for a possible revolution in the world of taxis and beyond. Milan, like other cities, awaits the silent and curious advance of these vehicles which can also be sponsored.
